We started with the journey of a single piece.
Every order moves the same way: issued to a craftsman, checked up, received back, handed to inventory.
That became the structure: make each step explicit, and put it on one board both stores can read.

The morning view is a work list, not a report.
Active items, overdue check-ups and work awaiting handoff, counted and listed the moment the day starts.
The workshop floor and the front desk read the same numbers.

Every item carries its own ID — and its own state.
A single order can hold several pieces at several stages. Each one keeps a stable ID through issue, check-up, receipt and handoff.
Due states are worked out at read time, so nothing on the board goes stale.

Issued work, check-ups and completions each hold their own lane on one operational calendar.
